Every Loclweb website plan comes with a free image allotment of images depending on your plan. For us to find and purchase the images for you on Depositphotos we need the Image ID.
Every image has an Image ID hidden in the details of the image. This article will help you find the Image ID so you can provide us with it within the limits of your plan and any additional images you chose when checking out.
You are welcome to upload any other images you own the rights to once we provide you with an upload folder. There are many great resources online for free use images that are even OK to use for business.
Find the Depositphotos Image ID
Once you find an image you like in the search results on Depositphotos this is what you need to do to get the Image ID.
Step 1
Click on the image you’d like for your website.
Step 2
Close the “create your account” popup by clicking the X in the top right of the box. If you’ve already done this once it won’t show up again so you may be able to skip this step if you have closed it or if you have an account and are signed in.
Step 3
Click on the image (again) you’d like to get the Image ID for.
Step 4
Click on the File Info tab under the image.
Step 5
Copy the Image ID. This is what you will provide to us. You can double click on the number and then copy it so you can paste it into an email to Loclweb.
Finished
That’s it! You can do this on any image on Depositphotos until you reach the limit for your plan. Keep in mind you can also provide us with as many images as you own (within reason) in your upload folder as long as they are organized by the content pages for your website.
